Recently qualified Part 3 architect/Part 2 architectural assistant position available at Black.
Black Architecture are looking for a Part 3/Part 2 candidate to join our Shoreditch office and be part of a small team working on a mix of housing and public sector projects across all RIBA work stages. The role offers the opportunity to progress in your career, with the practice having a track record of supporting staff development.
The job will be studio-based to maintain the culture of collaborative working within our practice that has led to the delivery of projects with a focus on low carbon design and user wellbeing. Our office benefits from secure cycle parking and shower facilities, to encourage sustainable travel, and is in close proximity to rail and underground stations.
Criteria required to fulfil the role:
- RIBA Part 3/2 qualification
- attention to both architectural detail and materiality
- demonstrable knowledge of low carbon design
- experience of delivering projects within the UK
- proficient in the use of REVIT and SketchUp
- strong written and verbal communication skills
