Cornwall Planning Group is seeking an architectural technician to join its team in Hayle, UK.
Cornwall Planning Group are looking to expand our current team with the addition of another architectural technician. We run a friendly office at North Quay, Hayle, Cornwall and have a positive approach to maintaining a good work/life balance.
The position is suited to a candidate who has experience in the following:
- preparation of planning applications
- building regulations applications
- Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Applicants should ideally have a good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and be enthusiastic and committed to developing their technical ability and professional competency. They should be keen to learn alongside our wider team of technicians and contribute to both design and delivery of projects across various sectors.
The successful applicant will be supported by more experienced members of the team with personal and professional development being encouraged.
The start date and salary for the post will be defined in response to negotiation with individual candidates. Posts will be full time 9am – 5pm week (Mon-Friday) and be based at our beautiful office in Hayle, Cornwall. However flexible hours can be considered for the correct candidate.
