Communications coordinator
at UHA

UHA is seeking a communications coordinator to join its London office.

We are seeking a communications coordinator to join the growing UHA creative team. Working directly with the head of brand and creative you will be responsible for the implementation of a balanced and ambitious communications strategy encompassing internal and external marketing. Our communications coordinator will go beyond promoting projects and the studio, looking to innovate creative ways to increase engagement and brand recognition.

UHA operate globally as a team of over sixty design professionals from seven offices in London, Lisbon, Budapest, Limassol, Mumbai, Taipei, and Tokyo. Working across multiple sectors on projects ranging from small, private residential, through to very large-scale complex urban projects, the team includes architects, interior designers, computational designers, sustainability consultants, graphic designers and 3D artists.

Responsibilities:

  • day-to-day scheduling and management of digital touchpoints including copywriting and content management for all social media channels and the UHA website
  • execution and augmentation of content marketing through sourcing content, monitoring engagement, and continuous research of practicable innovations
  • deliver an audience growth strategy that reaches target audiences aligned with the UHA brand
  • the opportunity to be involved in the development and management of digital touch points for UHA interiors
  • assist in the coordination of project press and award submissions whilst actively seeking PR opportunities
  • maintain and update multilingual project and marketing material for our global client base
  • drive the production of content from a marketing perspective, working with the creative and design team to ensure assets are produced and delivered to fulfil marketing objectives
  • collaborate remotely with creative, design, and support team members located in our global offices

Skills:

  • a minimum of three years of experience working within the architecture and interior design industry
  • comprehensive knowledge of Adobe CC – with an emphasis on InDesign
  • Experience using Craft, or similar CMS, and Google Analytics
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing service
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and running multiple B2B social media platforms
  • Highly organised with excellent written and spoken English
  • An ambition to drive the growth of the studio, becoming a long-term and integral part of the team

Salary: £30,000 – £39,999 per year
