Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is seeking a production manager to join its team in London.
Job description
Martin Brudnizki Design Studio has a vacancy for an ambitious and talented production manager. The production manager will report to the COO and studio director to ensure that the studio runs as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a creative environment and must be able to use their expertise to establish operational procedures and a task management system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- assisting the design team with task/project allocation and performance monitoring
- workload management and reporting of resource availability/status reports to the management team
- identifying inefficiencies in the studio and working across teams to eliminate them
- evaluating the design process following project completion and adjusting the process as necessary
- maintain and grow our network of potential resources to bring on board as needed, including opportunities for outsourcing design work where appropriate
Experience:
- experience in resource/project management in a fast paced creative environment is essential
