Architectural technologist/technician

Serie Architects is seeking an architectural technologist to join its team in London.
Formed in 2008, Serie Architects is YAYA winning firm with an international reputation and prize winning projects around the world. We have offices in London, Singapore and Mumbai and a built portfolio across civic, cultural, residential and commercial sectors. We have a growing portfolio of projects underway including low-carbon projects in central Paris, life sciences laboratories in Asia, and several large scale residential masterplans and developments. We remain a design-led firm with an intimate studio culture.
We are looking for an architectural technologist/technician to work on residential new build and refurbishment projects in London.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- at least three years’ working experience preferably with CIAT qualification
- experience of residential architecture in London on medium sized projects
- good knowledge of Revit and AutoCad
- good knowledge of UK building regulations and current UK building standards
- experience of specifying materials and processes
- demonstrable experience of preparing tender and construction drawing packages
- proficiency in preparing site reports and updating construction packages
We are predominantly working from home but are expecting to move to hybrid working approach in the Autumn. Our London offices are in Canonbury, Islington.
