Citterio-Viel & Partners is hiring a senior architect to join its team in Milan.
Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, an internationally recognised cross-disciplinary design firm based in Milan, Italy is looking for a senior architect to join its office.
About you
You are an architect with more than six years’ experience with an excellent level of knowledge of the studio’s methodology.
You have an updated overview of the project as a whole and is responsible for the significant activities of the project.
You perform functions of coordination of the internal team and organise information to send to the consultants.
You are able to manage the team together with the project architect and a number of projects at the same time.
Your personality and qualifications:
- architecture or civil engineer degree essential
- knowledge of BIM methodology, BIM software (Revit) and collaborative working
- ability to work in an informal environment
- ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
- ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- positive attitude, flexible, helpful and enthusiastic
- English language required
The role will involve a range of activities including:
- minimum six to eight years’ experience
- proficiency in Revit necessary. Knowledge of Adobe CS an advantage
- strong design, presentation and communication skills
- ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others
- strong technical and detailing knowledge
- experience with running complex interior and architectural projects
- experience on hospitality / residential projects
- knowledge of our firm’s work is an advantage
- English language required
Software skills
Our firm works exclusively with BIM software (Revit), the following skills are mandatory:
- proficiency in Revit necessary
- knowledge of common graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
