Office Sian Architecture + Design is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Office Sian is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistant to get involved and bring fresh thoughts into the mix.
The successful candidate will be working on projects of all scales, from residential schemes for private clients, to public realm estate regeneration projects. At the heart of all that we do at Office Sian is the ambition to work sensitively with people from different backgrounds and ages, in an effort to create meaningful environments to be enjoyed by all. A candidate with an interest in materials, the environment, and the ‘lives of others’ would be ideal.
Office Sian can offer a fun, welcoming and nurturing environment, and a safe-space where ideas can be explored, and growth can happen. You’ll be working within a studio that has recently won an RIBA London Award, with an Architect who has been named the RIBA London Architect of the Year.

Please see below a list of needed experience:
- minimum one years post RIBA Part 2
- excellent design, presentation and graphics skills (including freehand drawing)
- delivery experience (RIBA Stage 3–6)
- good understanding of construction details
- ability to produce stage 4 technical drawings
- comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (PS, INDD, AI)
- comfortable in AutoCAD, SketchUp
- have the right to work in the UK
Other information
Start date: asap
Working arrangement: four to five days/week
Salary: London competitive; negotiable (dependent on experience)
