The Romo Group is looking for a photoshoot coordinator or stylist to join its team in Nottinghamshire, UK.
Contract: full-time, fixed term contract (12 months) with the possibility of this leading to a permanent position.
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield, with travel to other sites or abroad as necessary
Salary: £27,000-£40,000 dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity is available for a successful photoshoot coordinator/stylist to join our busy Design Studios. Your role will involve organising and coordinating new product photoshoots for our Romo and Black Edition brands. Working with external stylists and photographers, liaising with creative directors, design studios, marketing and PR you will coordinate all aspects of our photoshoots to present our fabric and wallcovering collections to the highest standard through various media and platforms. From instructing seamstresses and upholsterers to organising the logistics of location booking, prop hire and set build, you will ensure each photoshoot runs smoothly.
In addition to this a keen eye for photography and styling is required to create regular content for our digital media platforms. This would include capturing behind the scenes imagery from both our photoshoots and in house design studios as well as creatively styling vignettes and mood boards.
To be successful in this role we are seeking candidates with experience of organising, styling and coordinating photoshoots. Previous experience of creating social media content would be preferable. Organisation is key to the role as well as strong communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates will have a passion for interiors and a creative eye. They should be highly motivated and commercially focussed with a proven ability to plan and deliver effectively. Candidates will also need to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, both on their own or as part of a team and display initiative and problem-solving abilities. They must have flexibility with their work approach and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. IT competent and preferably experienced in design software such as Photoshop.
