Architectural designer
Surface to Air Architects is looking for an architectural designer to join the team with strong design skills and exceptional organisational skills on their way to becoming a project manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in the industry and will require knowledge of UK building regulations. The candidate will ideally have experience in both the residential and education sectors.
Essential skills:
– excellent experience using Revit | Fluency in AutoCAD and Creative Suite
– responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions
– proven experience delivering tender and construction packages
– evidence of project delivery RIBA stages four-seven – including production and coordination of all projects drawings and information
Studio description:
Surface to Air Architects are known for design excellence in the education and residential sectors. We are working on a range of projects – offering both consultancy and design services in the UK from £250k to £200 million. The studio offers design quality, unique client interaction skills and excellent project delivery.
Salary:
Competitive salary offered with rates negotiable and depending on experience.
