Studio assistant
Pitman Tozer Architects is looking for a studio assistant to join its busy London team.
Pitman Tozer Architects is an architectural practice based in Marylebone working on numerous residential-led schemes, working closely with clients to design and deliver elegant, imaginative and practical schemes, with a strong focus on good quality design.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic studio assistant to join our growing design studio to support the studio manager in running the office.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator with a friendly, approachable personality and a positive multi-tasking attitude.
The role will be widely varied with the successful candidate carrying out tasks including, but not limited to:
– front of house duties -answering the phone, welcoming guests, providing refreshments, post
– monitoring office supplies;
– liaising with external suppliers
– assisting architects with administrative tasks
– diary management
– assisting with organising office events and general support for event planning activities.
