Leach Rhodes Walker is hiring an architectural technologist/technician to join its team in London.
Leach Rhodes Walker is a long established architectural practice based in London and Manchester. The practice has over 80 employees working in architecture, interior design and visualisation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven qualified senior architectural technologist/technician with a minimum five years’ experience to join the team in our London office working on commercial projects, principally residential, hotels and aparthotels.
Applicants should have:
- excellent design and communication skills
- a good track record of producing technical drawings and details for tender and construction
- a minimum of five years’ experience on UK commercial projects at RIBA Stages 4 & 5
- experience of large commercial projects desirable
- ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- excellent AutoCAD skills
- commercial Revit Experience desirable
- high passion for design and architecture
- clean driving license
Salary dependent on experience.
