Architect
Sant Associates is recruiting an architect to join its team in Miami, Florida.
We are a small Miami based practice formed in 1986 specializing in Resort Architecture predominantly for a major Caribbean All Inclusive Brand.
Requirements:
– proven design skills
– ability to work independently
– capable of leading a small team
– able to develop design ideas and to produce comprehensive construction documentation
– lead coordination of all consultants and clients in house specialist
– willingness to travel
Qualifications:
– registered architect, preferably Florida Licensed
– 7 to 10 years’ experience
– hospitality and resort experience is definitely beneficial
– CAD proficient
– understanding of South Florida building code and associated codes
Succession planning in a small practice is necessary and the successful candidates will be able to demonstrate commitment to this long-term career opportunity.
