CoveBurgess Architects is looking for an architectural technologist/technical architect to join its London team.
CoveBurgess Architects are looking for an architectural technologist/technical architect to join our team and engage with all technical aspects of our projects.
Our studio delivers design led residential and commercial work for both end users and private developers. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and motivated individual, to join our young, close-knit and ambitious team.
A successful candidate will have:
– around three to five years UK experience
– proven experience in delivery of projects through RIBA stages four-seven, including production and coordination of all projects drawings and information
– extensive experience in delivering tender and construction packages
– hands on experience with site inspections and contract administration
Primary duties will include:
– production of tender and construction packages
– coordinating work by external consultants and internally with the rest of the team
– site inspections – liaison with contractors and subcontractors, site procedures and documentation
– dealing with RFI’s, issuing instructions, valuations and certificates
Required skills:
– practical experience using Vectorworks.
– experience using BIM is beneficial
– excellent organisational, time and communication skills
Salary:
– competitive salary offered with rates negotiable and depending on experience
