Customer services assistant
at Bolon

Bolon UK is seeking a customer services assistant to join its London team.

Bolon is a Swedish design company that makes innovative flooring solutions for public spaces. It is a third-generation family business run by sisters Annica and Marie Eklund. Under their leadership, Bolon has transformed from a traditional weaving mill into an international design brand. With a strong commitment to sustainability, Bolon designs and manufactures all its products at a facility in Ulricehamn in Sweden. Bolon UK/Flooring Concepts are the UK partner for Bolon and we are seeking a customer services assistant.

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • answering the phones
  • processing customers orders
  • checking stock/reservations with Bolon HQ
  • placing purchase orders with Bolon HQ
  • raising VAT Invoices
  • monitoring deliveries within the UK
  • updating order processing and CRM database
  • holiday cover for showroom, sales and design consultant – sending samples and quotations and assisting with clients in the showroom
  • assisting the customer services manager with adhoc tasks as required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well presented, trustworthy person who takes pride in their work and has an excellent eye for detail in their written communication. The ideal candidate would have proven customer services experience but other applicable experience will be considered.

The role is full time and you will be based out of our London showroom in Clerkenwell.

Salary: negotiable, dependent on experience
