Studio manager
Tala is looking for a studio manager to join its office in London.

The role
The studio manager plays a key role for the business ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. The role would suit an existing PA/office manager who is looking to start a new role in a young and exciting business and interested in staying in the role long term. Previous experience in a design environment would be a plus.
Responsibilities
Studio management
– responsible for managing of day-to-day office operations
– act as first point of contact, answering telephone calls, enquiries, new business enquiries and welcoming visitors
– responsible for procurement and maintenance of all studio related items. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
– responsible for the health and safety of the studio
– play a key role in Tala’s induction processes for new starters
– troubleshoot IT matters
– maintain shared diaries
– book overseas travel
– liaising with building managers regarding administration
– ad hoc project coordination
PA duties to senior management
– provide general day to day administrative support
– travel and accommodation bookings
– visa applications when required
– coordinate meetings and diaries
Social
– plan and execute social events for the team, customers or agents
To qualify you should:
– have a minimum of two years’ experience Have previous office manager/personal assistant experience
– have business intelligence and excellent communications skills
– have strong IT skills
– be proactive in the management of your time and prioritizing tasks, taking ownership of your role and developing this within the company
– be able to handle a busy work environment
– have a positive attitude towards problem-solving
– have excellent customer service skills
– UK driver’s license
Salary: £26- 28k depending on experience
