AvroKO has a strong history working within a variety of sectors, but with a strong focus on hospitality design, and has a talented and established team. We currently need a Revit technician/designer to work on prestigious luxury hospitality projects internationally.

Job description

The selected Revit technician will need to have a strong project history within interior design with a strong focus on restaurants and/or hotels and have working examples of these.

Person/experience required:

  • very good CAD experience using Revit software with suitable qualifications
  • experience with Google SketchUp or similar to produce visualisations would be an advantage
  • ability to coordinate with consultants, such as but not limited to MEP, kitchen and lighting
  • prepare technical drawings for tender stage and construction
  • produce and revise layouts, design and working drawings
  • familiar and able to use BIM 360 for drawing upload and model sharing
  • able to demonstrate full awareness and knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • modelling and design capabilities for bespoke joinery and FF&E items
  • ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
  • able to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimum supervision
  • able to work methodically, accurately but at the same time quickly
  • good communication skills, able to be clear and concise with information and support the team

We are now looking to appoint a Revit technician who has experience within building and construction with the ability to contribute to conceptual interior design.

The successful applicant

The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Revit Technician with well-presented examples of previous hotel and hospitality projects. The projects. This position will be a remote working position ideally situated within four hours time difference of Greenwich Meantime and must have all required software.

What’s on offer

This is a minimum three-month contract at a rate of £200 per day.
