RUFFARCHITECTS is seeking a senior architect to join its team in London.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- minimum five years’ Part 3 experience leading multi-unit residential, cultural and commercial projects
- ability to lead projects of scale and complexity from concept to completion
- exceptional design skills with a strong attention to detail
- good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop excellent relationships with clients and collaborators
- studio lead for project profitability management and resource planning
- work closely with the director to support growth plans and the wider aims of the studio
- an enthusiastic team player, able to manage others and motivate them to reach their potential
- experience of CAD, Creative Suite and 3D modelling
- knowledge of MicroStation and Revit are essential
Salary is based on experience ranging from £45-55k+.
