Goldstein Heather Architecture is seeking a talented and resourceful architect to join its central London studio.
Established in January 2019, with a growing and diverse folio of projects, we are seeking to strengthen our team with a recently qualified Part 3 architect with solid RIBA Stage 4 experience who is looking to step up to a project architect role.
We are recruiting for our first significant Stage 4 instruction – this is a crucial project for us, one that has the potential to define us as a practice, and introduce ourselves to the wider design community. Supported by the directors, this is your opportunity to take a decisive and influential role. Our successful candidate (ARB registered Pt 3, minimum one year) should have strong technical skills, familiarity with the UK building regulations, excellent construction detailing/ specification knowledge and experience of dealing with technical consultants. Experience in a UK practice with a reputation for strong design is preferred. Ideally, you should have had experience of having detailed whole buildings – interesting small and medium scale work is particularly pertinent – rather than isolated package work; experience of extensions to listed buildings would also strengthen your potential suitability.
You should have proficiency in the following:
- Microstation (or a similar CAD programme)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- SketchUp
