Al-Jawad Pike is hiring a Part 2/3 architect to join its team in London.
Al-Jawad Pike are looking for a talented Part 2/Part 3 architect to join its studio in London. The successful candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and motivated all-rounder with three to five years’ experience working in a small or medium-sized studio, preferably with one or two completed projects under their belt. The studio has several exciting projects at detailed design stage that require an architect with excellent technical skills and the confidence and ability to manage projects in the critical stages of their delivery.
Other key attributes for this role include:
- someone with a strong interest in materials and construction
- experience of working on housing, private residential and luxury fit-out projects
- knowledge of working across all RIBA work stages
- excellent written and spoken English
- good time management and organisation skills
- excellent technical skills and construction knowledge
- evidence of UK site experience
- ability to prepare full planning and tender documentation
- proficiency in CAD programs including Rhino and MicroStation are favourable
