Beaumont is seeking an architect to join its team in Cambridge, UK.
Beaumont currently has an exciting opportunity for a qualified architect, based in Cambridge, to help deliver their high-end office developments in central London and Cambridge.
We’re looking for a star-performer – an individual head and shoulders above the rest, someone who thrives on a challenge and is able to deliver where others might not.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, both contemporary and historic. They will be able to provide elegant and efficient design solutions, be commercially minded, exhibit exceptional organisational and communicative skills, and a very high level of knowledge and experience working on high end, demanding construction and fit-out projects.
This role will be responsible for producing planning applications, co-ordinating construction information and project managing a variety of packages.
The candidate will have more than 10 years experience, possess an excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, be able to present and adapt their designs clearly and precisely and be comfortable in a fast-paced, decisive environment.
An annual salary of up to £95,000 is available for the right candidate.
