Part 1 Architectural Assistant / Designer

Nissen Richards Studio is seeking a talented Part 1 designer to join its studio in London.
Nissen Richards Studio is a multidisciplinary team including architects, exhibition designers, graphic designers, interpretation specialists and theatre designers. We work on a range of interesting projects for major galleries and museums in the UK and internationally, as well as housing and arts-based architectural projects.
We are currently recruiting an exceptional designer, who has an interest in arts and culture to join our busy London team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who has creative skills as well as technical interest and desire to learn.
Other skills required:
• CAD drawing programme knowledge and proficiency in Vectorworks an advantage
• Adobe Creative Suite
• experienced in 3D drawing programs, such as Rhino 3D, SketchUp and relevant rendering programmes
• confident and positive attitude
• ability to work as part of a team
• excellent communication skills
• self-directed and highly motivated
• strong presentation skills
