Koto is expanding and looking for a UK-based, freelance technical coordinator to help facilitate our growth.
Koto is excited to announce that they are looking for a technical coordinator to handle all technical aspects of their projects from initial contact with clients to manufacturing coordination and project handover. As a technical coordinator, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of projects. From initial contact with the client to project closure. You will be expected to discuss design and specification options with the clients, relay information to the manufacturer, and review project proposals and plans for their accuracy and implementation. Working closely with our various manufacturers globally, you will be responsible for implementing changes and variances to enable critical decision-making. The successful candidate will need to work well in a collaborative environment and pay meticulous attention to detail. You will be required to interpret and produce architectural drawings and technical diagrams and will be proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe, Layout and Google suites. Any experience in preparing planning applications would also be advantageous. Background in construction and design with proven experience in both fields. Qualifications are not crucial to this role but past experience is essential.
Koto is a remote working company so you will be able to work from home, travel will be required in the UK for client and coordination meetings. We are supportive of flexible working, we don’t require nine to five timekeeping.
