Enel Development has an opportunity for an architectural technician to join its team in London.

Enel Development is looking to recruit an architectural technician with a minimum of five years’ post-RIBA stage 4 experience. Proficiency in Autocad is essential.

Enel is a young and growing development company focusing on high-end residential properties within prime central London.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of tender and construction information including drawings, schedule and specifications
• full coordination of detail design information with third-party consultants and contractors
• coordinate with main contractor subcontractors during the construction phase to resolve issues on site
• work with the project director to agree on the design programme and ensure this is met and adjusted accordingly if warranted

Skills and qualities:

• minimum of five years’ experience in RIBA stage 3 onwards
• experience in high end residential,
• immediately available to work in the UK, and from our Mayfair office full-time
• proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
• proficiency in MS office
• proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp is preferable but not essential
• ability to successfully manage own time and to work across multiple projects at any given time
• confidence while working with other members of the design team, and directly with the client
• self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines if/when called upon
