Harper Latter Architects is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
Overview
The practice has been established in Wimbledon for over 10 years and consists of a small team of architects and designers. Our work is predominately private residential developments, from large renovations and extensions to new build family homes. 60% of our work typically include basements with leisure accommodation from swimming pools and spa facilities to games and cinema facilities.
Job title: project architect
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will be involved at all stages of the project and will need to demonstrate strong design and technical abilities and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- conduct client meetings
- tender and construction documents and project management
- act as point of contact for all technical issues
Qualifications:
- ARB registered architect with a min 3 years related experience
- proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- excellent problem solving skills and strong technical expertise related to design and construction
