3D modeller/coordinator

Gillespies is hiring a 3D modeller/coordinator to join its London or Oxford team on a fixed term contract.
Gillespies have an exciting opportunity opening for a talented 3D modeller/coordinator to join our London studio on a 6-12 month fixed term contract, specific to the delivery of one of the world’s most significant central park projects located in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in delivering 3D visualisations using Rhino software for technical stages of design documentation and must demonstrate strong skills in cross-disciplinary coordination, team leadership and a good understanding of Revit. Knowledge of working within a BIM environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
All candidates must be available to start in February to March 2022. The project will be run from our UK offices, so we are flexible on the locations; either London or Oxford.
Essential requirements:
- a minimum of five years’ experience working in the architectural industry using Rhino software. Knowledge of Revit and Civils 3D would be beneficial
- experience in complex topography/terrain modelling
- experience in clash detection and coordination of landscape or architectural models
- coordination of the 3D massing model with other design disciplines like architecture and engineering/infrastructure
- ability to lead complex packages
