Resolution Interiors is hiring a creative design project manager to develop and grow its sister brand, Field, in Somerset, UK.

The role

We are looking for a fresh thinking, collaborative and driven design project manager to join our team. Pivotal to the growth of our design brand field, and the ongoing successful output of Resolution Interiors in the retail, commercial and public sectors. Working with multiple high-profile clients, including The Newt, Leek United Building Society and many more, we are looking for a very special addition to join our committed, fast paced and highly engaged team. Someone passionate about working and helping to grow an emerging design agency.

Whilst HQ is based in Somerset, projects are national, so remote working available.

Field is a multi-disciplined creative design service that specialises in delivering the very best retail experiences and commercial environments. Working together with our unique Collective of talented independent designers and specialists, provides an end-to-end service; from concept to realisation. Field is a sister agency to Resolution Interiors who together have delivered some extraordinary environments for our customers; and as a pair we form a pretty great team with an energetic and passionate personality, we love what we do and have fun whilst we do it. If you’re the right candidate, you’ll have:

  • experience working in the retail or commercial interiors industry, either a design practice or in house
  • the ability to understand the customer’s needs and accurately translate that into a design proposal, or able to communicate those needs to the appropriate resource for delivery
  • the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, demanding industry

Your personality:

  • you’ll have impeccable communication skills across all platforms
  • you’ll be resourceful with a great sense of initiative, AKA problem solver extraordinaire
  • a good sense of humor goes a long way too

You’ll need to have:

  • ability to use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator, AutoCAD SketchUp
  • sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
  • knowledge of Sage or similar accounts package would be great!
  • UK valid driving license

The most important part:

  • salary starting at £30-£35,000 per annum
  • 31 days annual leave (inc. B/H and three days Christmas shut down)
