Ecommerce manager

Case Furniture is hiring an ecommerce manager to join its team in London.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, diligent and commercially minded ecommerce manager to join our friendly and growing team at our head office/showroom in Wandsworth, London. The role’s core remit will be to help drive our UK and EU online sales via our D2C channels.
Key responsibilities:
- responsible for ecommerce strategy feeding into company growth objectives
- manage all aspects of e-commerce including onsite content, marketing and trading
- responsible for management of D2C sales and growing customer LTV via casefurniture.com (Shopify) including all associated technologies
- responsible for all e-commerce sales reporting and reconciliation
- preparing and reporting to the directors on ecommerce performance
- responsible for budgetary management and reconciliation of all ecommerce related activity
- briefing and managing web development agencies in delivering better UX/UI initiatives.
- manage and execute paid acquisition strategy monitoring sales, ROI and new customer growth
- responsible for all key consumer initiatives – eg partnerships, offers, reviews and workflows
- to manage the sales and marketing executive
- to support the wider sales and management teams
Skills and experience:
- knowledge and passion for digital marketing and online sales
- at least three years’ experience in an ecommerce role
- tech savvy, with a solid understanding of Shopify
- working knowledge of digital marketing tools and apps. Preferably – Klayvio, Gorgias, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
- creative thinker and problem solver
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proactive self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously, but at the same time a true team player
- action orientation; follows through and drives outcomes
- flexibility, willing to support on company initiatives outside of normal remit
As the ideal candidate you will:
- have worked in a similar role, ideally in the furniture, lighting or design space
- preferably Google Ads certified
- enjoy exceeding targets, hitting deadlines and solving problems
- be flexible, proactive and intuitive, and have a dynamic approach to your work
- be mature, enthusiastic and results-driven
- be the type of person who enjoys a challenge and does whatever it takes to get the job done
Level: experienced
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.00
Remuneration: according to experience
Start date: as soon as possible
