ADP Architecture is hiring a human resources graduate to fill the role of people manager to join its team in either London, Oxford or Birmingham, UK.

This new role will involve maintaining and developing the day to day ‘People’ processes at ADP. Working with the local Directors in our nationwide studios and reporting to the Practice Director, the ‘ADP People Manager’ will manage the human resources processes, from recruitment through to leaver’s interviews whilst helping us to continuously improve and respond to the changing needs and aspirations of the team.
Ideally, you will have recently completed a degree level qualification in a Human Resources related subject or have undertaken your CIPD qualifications to level 5 or above. We are looking for someone who has already had some experience working in a human resources role, but consideration will also be given to newly qualified applicants who can evidence a core understanding of the challenges of People Management and associated regulations and best practice.
ADP is set up to accommodate remote working but all members of the team have a studio base, and this role could be based at our studios in London, Oxford or Birmingham. Some travel to our UK studios will be necessary but most work can be carried out from the local ADP studio. (Hybrid working is in place, but some studio attendance is required.)
