Studio administrator

PDP London is looking for a studio administrator to join its architectural practice in London.
The ideal candidate will be confident with front of house responsibilities, meeting and greeting our clients and visitors, whilst coordinating a range of administration duties.

Key responsibilities:
- front of house responsibilities, including greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, in person and on the telephone
- taking messages, arranging meetings and diary management
- coordinate the booking of couriers and taxis
- update the intranet page regularly with staff movements, news and useful information
- update sharepoint intranet with project information
- maintain accurate drawing registers
- assist the project administration team as required, mainly with project information management
- coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and associated catering requirements
- arrange the distribution of the morning post and any deliveries as they arrive during the day
- ordering stationery and other supplies as required for the practice
- coordinating our monthly staff meeting, including ordering breakfast supplies
- general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, binding and outgoing post
You must be able to demonstrate that you have/are:
- a good administrator with a natural attention to detail and ability to check and correct your own and other’s work accurately
- good at following things through to completion, with consistency
- a strong work ethic, which is demonstrated in your personal approach and also communicated to others
- able to understand and demonstrate the values of a professional service firm
- able to work to deadlines
- to be able to work on your own initiative
- able to multi-task and remain calm and well organised
- a good team worker who will willingly and pro-actively help others when needed
- strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel and Teams
- experience of using Adobe InDesign or similar creative tools is a plus
