Showroom assistant
at Pierre Frey
Pierre Frey is hiring a showroom assistant to join its busy team based in London.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is detailed orientated and keen to continue expanding their knowledge within Pierre Frey. You will support all aspects of sales and operations of the showroom. With a key focus on providing administrative, logistical and operational support to the showroom manager and the sales team.
Day to day responsibilities:
- support the showroom and sales team in all areas
- focus responsibility as point of contact for our rug and carpet offering; handling client requests and liaising with the Sales Team
- assist with client requests; visitors to the showroom; sampling and maintenance of sample library and other tasks as needed
About you:
- you will have previous experience working in a luxury design showroom; experience of fabrics, wallpapers, furniture desirable; previous experience with rugs & carpets would be preferable, however, not essential
- you will be supporting team members, you should be flexible, able to multitask, prioritise tasks with good interpersonal skills
- you will be passionate about latest design trends
- you will have good verbal and written communication skills with good experience in MS Office applications
Please note: applicants should have the ability to live and work in the UK without visa support
Working hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Start date: as soon as possible
