Project architect – residential lead

Formation Architects is seeking an architect as a team/project leader to join its pre-planning design team in London.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
- minimum five years’ experience post RIBA Part 3
- excellent design skills
- relevant experience in the UK residential sector
- pre -planning experience required
- confident communicator
- good technical knowledge
- excellent CAD skills, Revit welcome but not essential
- flexible and committed attitude to work
- fluent in written and spoken English
