Studio BOUM is hiring a producer/project manager to join its team in London.
Studio BOUM is a special events studio. We produce fashion shows and unique events within the luxury fashion and lifestyle industries.
BOUM are seeking a producer to produce and execute existing and upcoming luxury brand events and special projects on our roster, alongside the existing production team.
Extensive experience in producing luxury brand events, with past projects including high level fashion shows and brand experiences would be beneficial for this role.
Your career background should include having working closely to liaise with both creative and production teams from project brief, concept development through to execution.
Job description:
- competent producing projects from briefing through to completion, including client liaison
- highly experienced at producing projects from briefing through to completion, with client management and liaison throughout
- experienced and competent at management of project budgets. Must have experience in managing budgets that are £500k to 1million
- be familiar with working on accounting systems such as Xero, for project budget management (PO/Quote creation)
- detail orientated and excellent at scheduling of all talent and logistics planning and execution
- desire to take on a hands-on approach to the production as well as ability to delegate, and successful manage the wider production team
- ability to troubleshoot to find solutions to meet both creative and budget briefs
- skilled at managing not only client relationships from brief, concept development through to execution, but skilled in working to strict timelines and liaising with the in-house creative team to deliver on schedule
- adequate technical knowledge of set design/construction, lighting, sound, stage management and health and safety – and how these elements intersect to make a successful event
- management between all internal teams senior and junior, production and creative/design team
- management of all H&S elements
The ideal candidate:
- four to six years’ fashion show and luxury event production experience
- a good knowledge of leading industry suppliers and partners
- exceptional eye for detail and organisation skills
- positive, solutions driven demeanour in a fast paced environment
- good knowledge and an active interest in fashion, art and design
- proficient to use Excel, In Design and Keynote
