Mewscraft is seeking an interior designer to join its team in Monmouth, Wales.
Mewscraft is a successful and vibrant design and refurbishment company based in Monmouth, UK.
We are looking for a talented interior designer/interior architect to join our busy team.
The requirements:
- a good degree in Interior design or interior architecture
- ideally at least a year’s experience in a commercial design company
- however we are also interested to hear from fresh graduates. Creative flair, energy enthusiasm and a love for design are also really important
- 2D and 3D AutoCAD skills are required, or experience with similar software. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and SketchUp would also be helpful
The role includes the following:
- site surveys
- client meetings
- development of 2D layouts
- creation of mood boards
- 3D visuals
- project management
- preparation of quotations
- furniture drawings
- being part of a small and supportive team
- able to drive to work
