Sales coordinator/designer

Ecovia is hiring a sales coordinator/designer to join its team in London.
We’re a distributor in the area of premium timber windows and doors as well as joinery. Highly bespoke, we make timber packages for luxury residential and commercial spaced that others cannot build, we recently completed the new Soho House hotel in Bristol. We’ve completely reapproached the tired marketplace with a focus on brand identity, interiors and design. We are to the window and door market what Tesla has been to the car market – a game-changer.
Ecovia is looking for a driven and experienced sales consultant with design experience to join our London team. We have a beautiful new office in Battersea where we would expect you to be based most of the time. This role requires excellent sales skills and an understanding of designing spaces from glazing through to joinery. Whilst specific experience is not required in these areas, it is necessary that you have an ability to show design understanding as you will be dealing mainly with architect and interior designer clients. The role requires attendance five days a week, including some Saturdays which are worked on a rota basis with the current London team.

Role:
- actively communicating with existing and new clients
- oversee key account management and develop client database
- promote collection to architects and decorators as well as to BtoC customers coming into the showroom
- provide weekly activity reports and update CRM system
- collaboration with production and customer service departments to ensure a luxury client experience
- organise client presentations and proactively follow-up in order to develop sales
Requirements:
- at least two years’ sales and design experience
- strong background in new business and account management
- excellent communication skills and must be proficient in written and spoken English
- confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure
- driving licence along with capacity to travel around London and further afield
- an ability to learn and pick up information quickly
- a flare for design and an eye for detail
- a good understanding of current trends in interiors and housing fashion
- creative thinking skills to offer fresh ideas
- an ability to drive projects forward and be prepared to be flexible and dynamic to get jobs done
- a high level of self-motivation and to be good at managing your time to get through your full tasklist
- meet deadlines and show proven deliverables
