Fougeron Architecture is looking for a project architect to join its team in San Francisco, USA.
Fougeron Architecture has an immediate opening for a project architect. You will be in charge of overseeing the design, development, coordination and construction of our exciting and dynamic single-family and multi-family housing. We are known for our provocative approach to innovative modernism.
We are looking for someone good-humored, driven and committed to design excellence.
We are a small practice (10-15 employees) and value designers who are independent thinkers while still being team players. We have a very democratic approach to architecture and someone who is fun, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused will thrive here.
Your qualifications must include:
- five-seven years professional experience.
- experience with single-family and multi-family residential typology required
- demonstrated ability to manage a team through city entitlement / permitting processes, project time and fee schedules, technical documentation, and construction administration
- proficiency in AutoCad and SketchUp is a must
- expert knowledge and professional experience with Revit
- commitment to design excellence; strong communication skills – verbal and visual
- accredited architectural degree (BArch or MArch)
