Graphic design intern
at KAAN Architecten
KAAN Architecten is looking for a creative graphic design intern to join their office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will join the graphic design team in producing strong creative concepts that provide clarity, strength and appeal to our projects.
Responsibilities:
- producing high-quality and engaging materials for printed formats
- designing brochures and books
- working to a technical specification to ensure high-quality final production
- checking and adjusting artwork in line with brand guidelines
Requirements:
- currently completing an MA/BA in graphic design or a related field
- high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
- understanding of print and production processes
- affinity for architecture is ideal
- fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch or another language is a plus)
- accurate way of working, proactive and hands-on attitude
- available for three to five days per week for a continuous period of six months
- working eligibility in the Netherlands

The intern will receive a monthly stipend. The selected candidate is expected to start in May 2022.
