OCR Architecture is hiring an architectural assistant to join its team in Devon, UK.
OCR Architecture is an ambitious studio on the beautiful North Devon coast. We are an energetic team of architects and designers who focus on creating individually crafted, carefully considered and low-impact one off homes, in addition to varied projects across many different commercial sectors too.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and committed Part 2 or Part 3 architectural assistant to join our growing studio. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Whilst we pride ourselves on our technical experience we are seeking someone with a strong design and graphical skill set to form part of the team and help us evolve and improve our designs.
Essentials:
- Part 2 or Part 3 qualified
- strong design and presentation skills
- SketchUp/3D modelling proficient
- UK residency or a work visa already in place
- proactive work ethic, able to work independently
- desire to learn, develop and be part of a team
- excellent communication skills and willingness to have a voice in the team
Desirable:
- UK residential experience
- in-practice work experience
- CAD/BIM competency
- driving licence
- sustainable design focus
