Robert Dye Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 to join its team in London, UK.
Award-winning studio in Hampstead looking for experienced Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 to work on a variety of exciting non-commercial projects.
The practice has built a substantial portfolio over the last 25 years focusing on a variety of private residential projects across London and beyond.
The ideal candidate would have two to three years’ post-Part 2 experience and would be able to take on a job running function within our office.
Working within a small team, a willingness to take on high levels of responsibility and confidence working with other professionals are highly desired traits along with being well organised, reliable and curious. Anticipate working on several projects simultaneously, covering most aspects of architectural practice.
Candidates should be highly design motivated and about the way buildings go together, with the wit and will to build, to run projects at all stages. Demonstrable detailing/ site experience preferred.
Technical skills:
- written and spoken English skills essential
- proficiency in Vectorworks
- experience using SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- physical model-making
- knowing your way around a Mac would be a bonus
