Apt is looking for project architects to join its team in London.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work, design-led in their ideas, people who understand what high quality delivery is, are dynamic thinkers and doers, and excellent communicators. If you can prove that you have the experience (suited to your level) and the aptitude to do great work and stand out within great teams, then come and join us.
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented project architects who are passionate about working in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for exceptional candidates to successfully lead and motivate teams of architects and assistants.
The successful candidate must be design-led and have proven experience delivering high-quality spaces across a range of project scales and sectors. Experience across all RIBA stages is essential.
Project architects should be able to demonstrate the following:
- at least five years’ post-Part 3 experience
- a background that demonstrates excellent design skills
- experience of running projects across a range of work stages, including on site
- experience of heading a project team
- be comfortable interpreting design direction and delivering to the highest technical standards
- Revit proficient
- be confident in presenting emerging design ideas to clients & consultants
- be confident in presenting emerging design ideas to senior colleagues for internal review
- be capable of developing project programmes and design deliverables
- be fluent in Adobe creative suite
- excellent verbal and sketch communication skills
- ambitions to develop their career and contribute to the success and growth of the studio
