SBGA Blengini Ghirardelli is hiring a BIM coordinator to join its team in Milan, Italy.

Requirements:

• minimum five years’ of professional experience in BIM architectural modeling, with track record as BIM coordinator
• expert knowledge of BIM platforms such as of Autodesk, Revit, Naviswork, BIM 365
• strong understanding of pre-construction services and project workflows.
• proactive, motivated person with an aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork
• excellent knowledge of English and Italian

Responsibilities will include:

• managing and coordinating the production of all BIM related documents
• defining the BIM project execution plan, including BIM strategy, delivery level and milestones, type and frequency of communication, standards and reviews in coordination with the client’s BIM manager
• working with the design team to setup the BIM project workflow;
  maintaining the BIM project models, according to the client’s BIM requirements and technical standards
• leading BIM coordination meetings
• reviewing cross discipline models with clash detection and reporting
• providing day-by-day technical support and ad-hoc training to the BIM project team
