Urbanist Architecture is hiring a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a Part 3 architect with strong ArchiCAD skills who has at least four years’ of residential design experience gained in the UK.
Who you are
We are looking for a driven, focused and enthusiastic Architect with a high personal integrity, excellent project running experience and an in-depth understanding of the building regulations.
You need to have a proven track record of developing technical design solutions for tender and construction, responding to site queries and monitoring progress against construction programmes.
What’s the job?
It’s a job with plenty of variety in terms of the type of residential schemes we take on, a great opportunity to lead projects from conception to completion, and there will be endless scope for you to be creative.
From day one, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich where you will help us to deliver remarkable design solutions for projects ranging from high-end refurbishments to new build housing schemes.
