UberRaum Architects is seeking a Part 3 technical architect to join its team in London.
UberRaum Architects is looking for a highly experienced and passionate technical Architect, with three plus years’ post-qualification experience in the UK to join our team in London.
UberRaum are a successful and fast growing architectural practice with exciting UK and international design orientated projects.
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and enthusiastic Part 3 architect. The successful candidate will work on our expanding portfolio of residential, commercial and heritage projects in the UK and internationally. The role requires the ability to lead complex projects and have strong technical knowledge, working with significant clients both personal and corporate in the UK and overseas.
The candidate should be looking for full-time employment, starting as soon as practical.
Your skills and expertise:
- ARB registered
- construction experience and excellent detailing/ NBS Chorus spec writing skills
- ability to delegate and manage a team
- excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
- pro-active attitude with a continuing desire to learn
- minimum three years’ of contract administration experience
- experience across all RIBA stages
- excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- working independently and meeting deadlines
- ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and a CAD drawing package, preferably Microstation
- experience in ISO 9001 beneficial
