Ebony and Co is seeking a sales executive to join its Amsterdam branch.
Ebony and Co is a global company with showrooms and clients throughout the world. It is our ambition to create unique luxury wood environments by carefully sourcing, milling, and respectfully crafting the world’s best wood to last for generations to come. Our core product is bespoke Wideplank flooring, mainly for luxury private homes.
The company employs articulate, extremely driven individuals and our Europe branch is seeking a sales executive with relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in selling wood flooring or have worked in the interior design industry so that after our initial training he or she can hit the ground running developing new leads and relationships with clients, selling our products to local and international clients, and co-ordinating projects.
Requirements and duties:
- generate sales from new and existing clients via interior designers and architects
- overseeing multiple ongoing projects from design stage to delivery and after-sales support
- liaising with our sampling, production and logistics teams
- responsibility for the timely delivery of our products
- have experience and confidence in liaising with clients, contractors, interior designers, and architects
- presenting to clients long distance, or in our showroom, which is by appointment only
- be confident, attentive, organised and pro-active
- to be enthusiastic and caring about our company culture and perception of our global brand
- be fluent in both spoken and written English and preferably also Dutch
- fantastic communication skills (visual, written and verbal)
- able to review and ideally create technical drawings in AutoCAD for internal and external purposes
