Formation Architects is hiring a project architect to join its team in London.
Formation Architects is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified architect as a team/project leader to join our pre-planning design team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
- minimum five years’ experience post-RIBA Part 3
- excellent design skills
- relevant experience in the UK residential sector
- pre-planning experience required
- confident communicator
- good technical knowledge
- excellent AutoCAD skills, Revit welcome but not essential
- flexible and committed attitude to work
- fluent in written and spoken English
