Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt is seeking both full time and part time senior architects to join its Hampshire studio.
Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt is an award-winning progressive and creative architectural studio based in Basingstoke and London, with a breadth of experience across many sectors and building types.
We have exciting opportunities for senior architects to join our growing team, based in our Hampshire studio in Basing View. Who are we looking for? The right candidate will be able to demonstrate;
- a minimum of five years’ post-Part 3 working experience, working in a similar role
- relevant design experience for our portfolio; residential and education would be an advantage
- an eye for design and a passion for architecture
- success in previously managing multiple projects and teams
- a working knowledge of Revit
- a driven, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- great verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to multi-task, prioritise and thrive in a busy environment, showing good time management skills and strong attention to detail
What can we offer you?
- salary range of £41,500 to £49,500 per annum FTE depending on your experience, and we will support you to develop the right experience if you don’t yet have it – we are passionate about spotting talent and developing our team to reach their potential
- Opportunities for full time (40 hours) and part time (24-32 hours) roles
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements after the initial induction and probation period – you’ll spend 50-60% of your time in the studio but the rest can be worked from home if you prefer. Most of our team tend to spend Monday Wednesday and Thursday in the studio but this pattern isn’t essential
- 33 days holiday FTE (inclusive of bank holidays) plus an additional three days paid leave at Christmas
- private healthcare, pension, employee referral bonus and payment of ARB fees
- training – previous knowledge is great, but if not, we’ll bring you up to speed
