Part 1/Part 2 architectural assistant

Chris Foley Architect is looking for an experienced Part 1 or Part 2 architectural assistant to join its small team in London.
The office has a particular interest in the craft of making and creating carefully considered interventions that maximise the benefit of each and every endeavour.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside the director on a broad range of domestic projects, from whole house refurbishments to new build houses and larger residential developments.
You will be involved in all project stages from brief development and feasibility through to developed design and construction. The range of on-site, construction projects within the practice offers an excellent opportunity to become more familiar with construction techniques, develop an understand of the practicalities of building and building contracts. It would also be ideal for candidates looking to gain experience to develop towards a case study project for their Part 3 studies.
Key requirements:
- strong graphic sensibilities
- 3D modelling and rendering skills
- Photoshop/Lightroom rendering and photograph editing
- an eagerness to be proactive, interrogate design challenges and problem solve
- the right to work in the UK is essential
