About the role
We are seeking a bright and self-motivated individual to join our site finding team on a long term but flexible basis.
Full training will be provided but you will be using specialist software similar to Google Earth to scan specific London boroughs and identify houses, gardens and in-between spaces that have development potential. The job is not sales based so no calls or external interaction is needed.
The role will be working from home from a personal laptop, but with a regular face to face or digital meet up with the team depending on the applicants location.
The role is flexible but requires a minimum commitment of 30h per week within Monday to Friday working hours. The role is self motivated so the exact format of the hours can be discussed and agreed prior to commencement.
We are looking for someone with an eye for opportunity and a desire to learn. We are a young company and are always looking for interesting people to work with us.
Applicants must be over 21.
Candidates must:
- be highly proficient, motivated and be able to work independently
- be detailed and task orientated
- have a hands-on work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- be adaptable, organised, flexible and easy to work with
- be imaginative and resourceful
Role details:
- set up – set up only requires a functioning PC/ laptop so place of work is totally flexible, be it from home or a local coffee shop
- location – must be based in England, otherwise flexible but preferable in or near London
- start date – August 2022
- hours – minimum requirement of 30h per week
- duration – the role is ongoing but will be structured as a rolling three month freelance contract
- IT requirements – must have your own functioning PC/ laptop. Software provided
- salary – £15 per hour plus bonus potential
- language – must be fluent in English, verbal and written
