Artichoke: Architectural Consultancy is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part 1 architectural assistant to join our small, dynamic office.

We are an established, friendly practice based in Windsor, Berkshire with a great reputation and a passion for what we do. We are currently working on a wide range of exciting residential schemes, both new build and refurbishments/extensions as well as some exciting large-scale mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be fully involved on a wide variety of projects and across all work stages from concept design through to completion.
Required skills and experience:
- a passion for design, a willingness to have a go, a critical eye when checking your work and a friendly disposition
- a portfolio that shows a high level of creative exploration, including sketching and an understanding of technical design
- a bility to work proactively in small teams and with strong communication skills
- excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp/Rhino drawing skills.
- the ability to hand sketch
- access to a car to get to and from sites
- fluent written and spoken English and eligible to work in the UK

Salary: subject to qualifications and experience
Start: July/August 2022
