Mackenzie Wheeler is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
Mackenzie Wheeler are looking for creative and enthusiastic young architects to work on an exciting range of architectural and interior design projects on hotels, pubs, and restaurants. These projects encompass new buildings, refurbishment work, and work on listed buildings.
The successful applicant should:
- have two to five years’ experience as a chartered architect
- be fluent in spoken and written English
- possess excellent design and drawing skills
- possess excellent sketching, visualisation, and presentation skills
- be fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp
- have good knowledge of the UK building regulations
- have an interest and experience of working in the hospitality sector
- have experience with planning application processes and procedures
- have experience of working with listed buildings
- have experience of working on new build projects
- have an interest in interior design
- live within a reasonable commuting distance of Shoreditch
