Workspace Group is seeking a photographer and visual content designer to join its team in London.

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and we are now in need of a creative, outgoing and super organised visual content designer to produce beautiful and on-brand photography and designed visual assets for all of our customer-facing communications channels including website, email, social media and on-site printed collateral.

The role

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for photography, visual content, and graphic design to join our outgoing and dynamic marketing team. We need someone who has a keen eye for detail and who can take our Workspace brand assets to the next level. You’ll need to be comfortable creating a wide range of photography and marketing materials that are on-brand and beautifully designed. The role will be based at our Kennington Park HQ but you’ll be travelling across our London sites.

What we’re looking for:

  • knowledge of visual marketing content – ability to recognise how photography will be used for various marketing assets
  • strong knowledge of photography, composition, colour quality, and aesthetics
  • excellent photography and graphic design skills, with in-depth knowledge of photo editing programs, Adobe Suite, Lightroom or similar
  • ability to plan, organise and execute photoshoots
  • one to three years’ experience in visual content creation, including photography, videography, and animation elements
  • demonstrable experience in editing post-production and retouching
  • ability to work under pressure, to targets and deadlines
  • minimum degree or equivalent education
  • portfolio to present in interview
  • ability to engage and build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • exceptional communication skills – fluent written and spoken English with good grammar and copywriting skills
  • willingness to travel across London sites regularly
